Low liquor ratio ecotech+ HT dyeing machine

The company’s effort is now directed to the aim of zero discharge. Tonyss introduced Ecotech+ series as marvel of soft flow dyeing machine with the aspect of low liquor ratio and cost. Ecotech+ is equipped with auto adjustable chamber(J Box) for versatile dyeing quality with the reduced and electricity and water consumption.

Plaiter

The special Tonyss linear movement plaiter smoothes the fabric fabric flowing and fills the entire basket which results in optimum production capacity and avoid entanglement from knot problems

Auto Adjustable Nozzle

The liquid flow that drives the fabric can be adjusted by means of an auto adjustable nozzle. The movement in the nozzle allows to increase or decrease in flow pressure for different type of fabric processed. The procedure is set automatically in HMI. The available diameter is 140mm, 210 mm and 260mm (specially for terry towel)

Stock Tank & Vertical Heat Exchanger
